Our highly skilled craft labor has been installing and maintaining equipment for over four decades and understand the criticality of heavy rigging, mechanical setting, engineered lift plans and precision alignment to 2/1000” to ready the machinery for commissioning. Our experience ranges from ASUs, scrubbers, crystallizers and evaporators to acid converters, distillation columns, steam turbines, gas turbines, air cooled condensers and much more.
We combine our decades of structural steel erection to ensure an accelerated schedule can be met at the highest level of safety standards we are known for. Working hand in hand throughout the duration of the project, communication is maintained and a tight budget is secured.
The importance of piping systems when considering operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness is paramount. Our expertise in modeling and installation of pipe spools ensures properly fabricated spools and our installation crew, alongside our equipment installation crews, provide control of schedule and quality.
Our capabilities span all aspects of tank and vessel construction and repair including design, modularization and erection. We regularly source materials and components from around the world and have highly skilled craft to work with stainless steel, carbon steel, chrome-moly, clad materials, duplex, nickel alloy, copper-nickel, ZeCor & exotic alloys ranging in thickness from 3/16” to 3 ¼”.
